 Comrades,        

                    Today meeting of office bearers of Association was held at Association office Srinagar with president in chair. After detailed discussion on various matters under noted decisions were taken and same are circulated for information.

1. To complete the organizational structure by framing an executive committee under present set traditions, designated office bearers were asked to make recommendations and it was desired that they shall make such recommendations after holding consultations with membership of concerned district. Further process of creating an independent district organizational structure will follow after that.
2. To have a transparent financial transactional structure the office will have audit of association accounts W.E.F 01.04.2013 to 31.07.2022 in light of compliance to restrictions laid as per Indian Trade Union Act 1926 and set procedure/traditions set by JKBOA(K) executive decisions.
3. To complete the change in representation of the association in AIJKBOF the Secretariat was directed to liaison with other constituent units of AIJKBOF to work for early elections of the apex level organization.
