 Sir,

Reference is invited to Circular No.639 of 11^th January, 2021 issued by President, HR with regard to continuance of facility to staff for deducting monthly contribution at source from the salary of the members of the Jammu and Kashmir Bank officers’ Association towards Association fund. (Centralized level).

We express our thanks in this regard and are of the firm belief that extension of such facilities will strengthen the bond of cooperation between employer and employee.

Consequent upon the culmination of the exercise initiated by the HR with regard to consolidation of list of non-subscribers, if any towards Association fund may please be shared with the Association to enable us to reconcile and update our membership record/register. The updated register is required and plays a very important role during the course of election of Associations and in arranging Defense Representative for its members, at the time of need.
