PRESS STATEMENT

In view of ongoing second lethal wave and spike in the number of COVID-19 cases, the process initiated for the purpose of conduct of election for 10(Ten) Office Bearer posts of the Jammu and Kashmir Bank Officers’ Association, Kashmir is kept in abeyance and accordingly the election which was scheduled to be held on 22nd of May, 2021, Saturday through secret ballot stands postponed. The decision in this regard was taken for the well-being of the members of the Association. Next date will be notified in due course of time after taking stock of the situation and seeking proper permission of the Government authorities.
